Lapman Lee is a Professor of Practice (Sustainability, FinTech, Risk) at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, where he is a convenor of its Sustainable Finance Center of Excellence and partners with banks and corporates to bring real-world to its new Master in ESG & Sustainability program.

He advises and trains Boards and senior management on climate change governance and risk management, ESG ratings and reporting, and sustainable technologies.

Lapman is active in his industry roles as Board Member and Vice Chair of the Dutch Chamber of Commerce, Chairs its ESG Committee, and is appointed to the HKMA-HKIMR council of advisors for applied research alongside CEOs and EDs of the HKMA, SFC, IA, MPFA.

Victor Yim leads Fintech at Cyberport, driving innovation for 430+ startups in Hong Kong's financial technology ecosystem. With over 20 years of leadership experience, he spearheads initiatives supporting startups through business scaling, funding acquisition, and international expansion. At Cyberport, Victor has forged impactful partnerships with regulatory bodies including the Hong Kong Monetary Authority, launching the GenA.I. Sandbox, Green FinTech POC, and FSS 3.1 pilot programs. As co-chair of GreenTech and ESG committees, he champions sustainable finance initiatives and organizes events related to COP29.

A recognized industry voice, Victor frequently speaks at Money20/20, Hong Kong FinTech Week, and the Asian Financial Forum. His collaboration with InvestHK on international delegations has strengthened Hong Kong's global FinTech positioning. Prior to Cyberport, Victor held senior positions at TransUnion, Experian, Nice Actimize, SAS Institute, and IBM, where he excelled in market expansion, strategic business development, and product innovation across Asia. His pioneering eKYC solutions remain in use by major Hong Kong banks including HSBC and Hang Seng Bank.

Victor graduated with first-class honors in Computer Engineering from the University of Hong Kong, where he is pursuing a PhD focused on NLP applications in sustainable finance. His academic credentials complement his practical expertise, positioning him as a thought leader in emerging technologies for the financial sector.

With extensive industry connections, regulatory relationships, and expertise spanning AI, tokenization, and green finance, Victor continues to strengthen Hong Kong's position as a premier global FinTech hub.

Anna Liu has been with HashKey Tokenisation since its establishment. Assuming leadership of the Legal Department in 2018, she steered the team to provide comprehensive legal support across the Group's ecosystem. This includes compliance for exchange operations, custody services, brokerage, venture capital, asset management, node validation and other Web3 infrastructure services spanning multiple jurisdictions including Hong Kong, Singapore and Japan. Her remit has included securing and maintaining the Group's regulatory licences across these territories.

Currently heading HashKey Tokenisation, Anna provides strategic guidance on assets tokenisation alongside legal and compliance matters in the digital asset space, positioning the organisation to capitalise on these emerging opportunities.

Florian Spiegl is an innovator and entrepreneur in capital markets and fintech.

He is the Founder and CEO of EVIDENT, a licensed investment platform for alternative assets. As a next-generation digital market infrastructure, EVIDENT transforms private market access through blockchain-based asset tokenization, making private markets publicly accessible and enabling more investors to own a part of the future.

Previously, Florian was CEO of a publicly listed commodities trading technology company and co-founded a blockchain startup in Hong Kong acquired in 2020. With a foundation in traditional capital markets, his career spans strategy consulting at Boston Consulting Group and senior roles in wealth and asset management in New York, Zurich, London, and Singapore.

Committed to capital's positive potential, Florian invests in and advises ventures blending purpose with growth. He also co-founded the Hong Kong FinTech Association, taught the FinTech MBA course at Hong Kong University, and served on the FinTech Advisory Board of Hong Kong's Securities and Futures Commission.

Florian holds a PhD and studied Economics and Political Science in Vienna.

Ms Kitty Cheung is the Head of Sustainable Finance at Hang Seng Bank and oversees the sustainable finance under wholesale banking in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau and Singapore. She engages with corporate clients in both Mainland China and Hong Kong in originating and structuring sustainable finance transaction and support in driving the overall Sustainability Strategy in Hang Seng. She leverages on the leading local bank position of Hang Seng Bank to support the sustainable market development in Hong Kong and assist clients in their sustainability journey through various client engagement and marketing events to help upbring customer’s awareness and understanding towards sustainability.

Kitty worked in the banking industry for over 10 years. She owns an extensive experience in client coverage under various industry sectors.

Mark is the CEO of Diginex [NASDAQ: DGNX], a Sustainability RegTech company helping organisations of all sizes with their ESG, Climate and Supply Chain data collection and reporting. Prior to Diginex, Mark served as Managing Director, Head of Client Services APAC for Gerson Lehrman Group (“GLG”), an online digital platform for insights.

Olivier Kuziner is Managing Partner APAC of Ekimetrics Hong Kong. He oversees all the operations in Asia. Ekimetrics is global leader in data science and AI-powered solutions.

Olivier has worked for more than 20 years in IT & Management Consulting. He has spent 10 years in Asia, based in Singapore and Hong Kong.

He acts as strategic advisor for multinational organizations in formulating their analytics & AI strategies and implementing AI solutions, with objectives to drive sustainable business performance in the areas of Marketing, Operations and Sustainability. He is specialized in the Financial Services, Luxury and Retail sectors.

He holds a Master Degree in Telecom engineering, and MBA from INSEAD Business School.

Tomomi Shimada, Executive Director, is responsible for leading and implementing the firm’s sustainable investment strategy, solutions and product innovation in APAC. In partnership with our distribution and investment teams, she leverages our extensive data and research capabilities, proprietary technology and ESG expertise to deliver sustainable solutions to our clients. Prior to moving to Asia in 2021, she was a Sustainable Investing Specialist for EMEA, based in London.

An employee since 2010, she was previously an Investment Stewardship Specialist, engaging with European and Japanese companies we invest in and advising analysts and portfolio managers regarding the corporate governance and sustainability profiles of the companies. Prior to that, she worked as a Business Liaison Manager in J.P. Morgan Asset Management managing Japanese Institutional and Funds clients from London. She started her career as a Client Adviser at JPMorgan Asset Management Tokyo office, covering securities companies and major retail banks. Tomomi obtained a B.A. in Law from Keio University (Japan). Tomomi is a member of the International Corporate Governance Network.

Florian Lang is a serial entrepreneur who founded and led the multi awarded digital agency Kassius for over a decade before selling it to WPP the global marketing group. He has since launched several other startups across various industries in Fintech and Adtech.
