Ms. Poman Lo is the Vice Chairman of Century City International Holdings Limited and Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Regal Hotels Group, Founding Managing Partner of AlphaTrio Capital, Founder of Institute of Sustainability and Technology, Founder of Bodhi Love Foundation, Adjunct Professor of The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and The University of Hong Kong. Poman has been officially appointed as Member of Chief Executive’s Policy Unit Expert Group, Member of the Green Technology and Finance Development Committee, Council Member of Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Foundation Member of Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks, Member of the Advisory Board of the Hong Kong Academy for Wealth Legacy, Member of the Curriculum Development Council Standing Committee on Values Education, and also serves as the Honorary President of Hong Kong Federation of Women.

As a global champion of sustainable development, Poman takes an active leadership role at the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (UNESCAP). She was appointed Co-Chair of the ESBN Finance Task Force and member of the Executive Committee of ESBN, and serves as Chair of the Asia Pacific Business Forum Organizing Committee and Chair of Asia Pacific Green Deal for Business Committee. Poman was awarded the Angier B. Duke Scholarship at 15 and graduated summa cum laude with a BA in Psychology from Duke University at 19. She is the only person in Hong Kong history to receive both the “Outstanding Young Person of the World Award” and the “Hong Kong Outstanding Students Award”. She is also the first and only female Asian recipient of the “Oslo Business for Peace Award” by the Business for Peace Foundation in Norway, selected by an independent committee of Nobel Prize Laureates in Peace and Economics. In 2023, she was awarded the “Business Person of the Year Award” at the DHL/SCMP Hong Kong Business Awards.

Arthur Yuen is in charge of the full range of banking policy, supervision, conduct, and enforcement issues at the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA). He joined the HKMA in 1996 as Head of Administration and has since taken up different responsibilities including research and liaison on China economic and market development issues before being appointed Head of Banking Supervision in 2000. He took up the position as Executive Director (Banking Development) in July 2004, Executive Director (Banking Supervision) in June 2005 and Executive Director (External) in July 2008. He was appointed to his present position on 1 January 2010.

He has been playing an active role and serving as member of the FSB Standing Committee on Supervisory and Regulatory Cooperation. He is also a long serving member of the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision. Appointed as Co-Chair of the Committee’s Policy and Standard Group (“PSG”) since Jan 2021. Chaired the Committee’s Supervision and Implementation Group (“SIG”) from September 2018 to Dec 2020.

Kim-See oversees Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AlIB)'s investment operations with public sector clients in South Asia (except Afghanistan and Pakistan), South East Asia, the Pacific Islands, and Sub-Saharan Africa; and financial institutions and funds clients in all AIIB Members. She is a global development finance leader with a 30-year track record at the International Finance Corporation (IFC), the World Bank Group and the private sector.

Before joining AIIB in July 2025, Kim-See worked at IFC in various capacities, most recently as Regional Director for East Asia and the Pacific, where she oversaw the formulation and implementation of IFC’s investment strategy and advisory business in East Asia and the Pacific. She also helped establish the IFC Asset Management Co. LLC., IFC’s first subsidiary, and served as its Principal and Investment Committee Member, where she successfully raised capital from global sovereign wealth funds and institutional investors for a USD1 billion Africa and Latin America Fund, as well as contributed to the establishment of AMC’s Asia Fund.

With a career spanning more than 30 years, Kim-See has held a range of senior leadership positions as well as corporate board positions at private companies in emerging markets. She has successfully led multi-cultural teams to execute investment strategies across the consumer services, infrastructure, and financial sectors in Africa, Asia, Eastern Europe, and Latin America. Kim-See has an MBA from the University of Maryland and a B. Economics from Flinders University of South Australia. Kim-See is from Malaysia.

Nakul has over 20 years of experience spanning entrepreneurial, operational, and investing activities. He brings relevant investing experience across Climate and Responsible Investment strategies including investing in renewables, climate tech, industrial/ enterprise efficiency, evolving consumer priorities, and related value chains.

Nakul joined LeapFrog in 2022 and in his current role guides LeapFrog’s climate strategy, focussed on supporting pathways out of poverty for emerging consumers that also deliver rapid decarbonisation of all sectors of industry.

Previously, Nakul was Managing Partner at Relativity Investment Management, a sustainability focussed investment manager, where he made investments in high-growth companies addressing risks and opportunities created by megatrends of climate change, demographic shift, and increasing use of technology.

Nakul has an MBA from the University of Oxford’s Said Business School and is a member of Exeter College in Oxford. He completed his Bachelor of Commerce & Economics from University of Mumbai’s Sydenham College.

Previously, Robert was a Partner and Managing Director at Riverstone Holdings, a leading private markets asset management firm dedicated to real assets investing in energy, power, and infrastructure.

Prior to joining Riverstone in 2006, Robert was in the Principal Investment Area of Goldman Sachs, which manages the firm's private corporate equity investments. He began his career at J.P. Morgan in the Mergers & Acquisition group, where he concentrated on assignments that included public company combinations, asset sales, takeover defenses, and leveraged buyouts.

Robert received his BA from Dartmouth College as a Phi Beta Kappa graduate and later received his MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School.

As the Chief Executive Officer of The Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB), Ms LEUNG is dedicated to fostering the continuous development of competencies and professional standards among local banking practitioners.

Prior to joining HKIB, Ms LEUNG served as the Head of Service Quality and Training at one of the note-issuing banks, where she established and managed the 'Total Quality Excellence' framework. Under her leadership, the bank received several highly regarded industry awards.

In addition, Ms LEUNG plays a vital role in the education and human capital development of the banking and financial industry in Hong Kong. She is a member of numerous committees organised by different government departments and public organisations, including the Committee on Self-financing Post-secondary Education (CSPE) under the Education Bureau, and serves as a Council Member of Lingnan University.

At an international level, Ms LEUNG plays a key role in shaping global banking education standards. She is frequently invited to share her knowledge in talent development within the sector and currently serves as the Vice-Chairperson of the Global Banking Education Standards Board (GBEStB).

Notably, she was recognised as one of the recipients of the Most Extraordinary Women in Finance Award by Benchmark Magazine in 2009. Additionally, the Medal of Honour (MH) was awarded to her by the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region in 2018.

Angus Wong is Managing Director, Head of Corporate Banking at Hang Seng Bank Limited, overseeing corporate banking solutions ranging from green and sustainable finance, syndication, commercial real estate, private credit origination to portfolio management. He is also responsible for customer relationship management and developing and executing strategic priorities for business growth within the risk appetite.

Mr. Wong is a passionate professional with extensive experience in banking and finance. He is a CFA charterholder, FRM and obtained the SCR® certificate from GARP. He received a Master of Business Administration degree from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.

Jared Jiang is a distinguished technology leader with extensive experience in software development, architecture, and strategic consultancy. A graduate of Tsinghua University in 2004, he began his career at IBM China, where he played a pivotal role in advancing digital transformation initiatives for domestic banks.

After his tenure at IBM, Jared joined Anbang Insurance, where he was responsible for technology strategic planning and the oversight of post-investment technology management.

His expertise further expanded at leading organizations such as Huawei and Tencent, where he facilitated the digital strategic transformations of various financial institutions.

As Chief Architect at HSBC China, he spearheaded the development of infrastructure technology strategies, modern core banking system architectures, and the comprehensive architectural design for AI applications.

Currently, Jared serves as Deputy General Manager of Tencent Cloud, where he focuses on delivering innovative solutions to support financial institutions in Hong Kong and Macau.

Kannes is a forward-thinking corporate strategist and sustainability leader, bringing over a decade of experience in driving transformation and growth within CEO offices across the insurance and asset management sectors. As Head of Strategy and Planning and Sustainability Officer at Zurich Insurance, she leads strategic planning and champions Zurich’s sustainability agenda. Thanks to her leadership, Zurich Hong Kong has earned the "Excellence in ESG and Sustainability Award" from the Hong Kong Federation of Insurers (HKFI) for three years running (2022–2024).

Kannes holds an MBA from the University of Hong Kong and is a Certified ESG Planner®. Beyond Zurich, Kannes is committed to creating positive change in the non-profit sector, advising organizations such as the Global ESG Leadership Association and mentoring students at The University of Hong Kong. Mr Eddie Yue was appointed Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) from 1 October 2019. He began his career as an Administrative Officer in the Hong Kong Government in 1986. He joined the HKMA upon its establishment in 1993 and was promoted to Division Head a year later. He was appointed Executive Director in 2001 and subsequently Deputy Chief Executive in 2007 before taking up his current position.

Mr Yue has participated in numerous areas of the HKMA’s work. During his tenure as Deputy Chief Executive, he steered major policies and initiatives relating to reserves management, research, external affairs and market development. Mr Yue was also actively involved in tackling major financial crises and played an instrumental role in enhancing the Linked Exchange Rate System.

Mr Yue was educated at the Chinese University of Hong Kong and the Harvard Business School.

Lapman Lee is a Professor of Practice (Sustainability, FinTech, Risk) at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, where he is a convenor of its Sustainable Finance Center of Excellence and partners with banks and corporates to bring real-world experience to its new Master in ESG & Sustainability program.

He advises and trains Boards and senior management on climate change governance and risk management, ESG ratings and reporting, and sustainable technologies.

Lapman is active in his industry roles as Board Member and Vice Chair of the Dutch Chamber of Commerce, Chairs its ESG Committee, and is appointed to the HKMA-HKIMR council of advisors for applied research alongside CEOs and EDs of the HKMA, SFC, IA, MPFA.

Victor Yim leads Fintech at Cyberport, driving innovation for 430+ startups in Hong Kong's financial technology ecosystem. With over 20 years of leadership experience, he spearheads initiatives supporting startups through business scaling, funding acquisition, and international expansion. Anna Liu joined HashKey Group in 2018 and spent her first five years heading the Legal department, where she leveraged her legal expertise and regulatory insights to support the Group’s ecosystem—including licensed exchanges, custody services, venture capital, and Web3 infrastructure across Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, and other jurisdictions.

In May 2023, she was appointed CEO of HashKey Tokenisation, where she now leads the Group's end-to-end asset tokenisation services - specializing in RWAs & Web3 native assets. She leverages on the leading local bank position of Hang Seng Bank to support the sustainable market development in Hong Kong and assist clients in their sustainability journey through various client engagement and marketing events to help upbring customer’s awareness and understanding towards sustainability.

Mark is the CEO of Diginex [NASDAQ: DGNX], a Sustainability RegTech company helping organisations of all sizes with their ESG, Climate and Supply Chain data collection and reporting. Prior to Diginex, Mark served as Managing Director, Head of Client Services APAC for Gerson Lehrman Group (“GLG”), an online digital platform for insights.

Olivier Kuziner is Managing Partner APAC of Ekimetrics Hong Kong. He oversees all the operations in Asia. Ekimetrics is global leader in data science and AI-powered solutions.

Olivier has worked for more than 20 years in IT & Management Consulting. He has spent 10 years in Asia, based in Singapore and Hong Kong.

Tomomi Shimada, Executive Director, is responsible for leading and implementing sustainable investment strategy, solutions and product innovation in APAC. Prior to moving to Asia in 2021, she was a Sustainable Investing Specialist for EMEA, based in London.
